Chikara Salon & Spa - Aromatherapy in Eugene, Oregon

I've been getting my hair cut and colored here for about 2 years and I love it. The staff is very friendly and I have always been very pleased with my services.

I contacted them and asked up front what they charge for someone with short hair to their chin for one color overall and was quoted 50. I go in and what happens... the girl charged me 65. So that will be not be seeing me again.I saw someone else had the experience and that is why I called up front, thinking it would eliminate the possiblity of it happening. But they did it to another customer so proofs to me they aren't cs friendly.Too bad because they lost someone that would of gone every month for the service.

I was given a gift card for my birthday and scheduled a full day of services at Chikara. My experience was awesome! I had a massage, facial, and pedicure, followed by a haircut and makeup application. My services were great and all the girls that worked on me were friendly and helpful. I will be a regular client from now on. Thank you!

Friendly staff, amazing products, great experience overall. I am from a big city and was very very pleased to find the kind of service I was afraid I would not in a small town. The ladies are all wonderful, and the prices are just right.

I wish I never went to Chikara for a cut and color. I expected happy results from a 3rd level stylist and a price tag of $105. The color looks fake and the haircut is awful. It looks so bad, I need to go somewhere else to have them correct what Chikara did. I will never go back. One more thing, when I got home, I had hair clippings all over my face???? What salon lets somebody walk out of the salon like that?
