Urszula and Company - Aromatherapy in Waukesha, Wisconsin

I have been a regular there for massages, facials and haircuts and I think that they are wonderful there. The owner walks around constantly and asks how you are doing, while you are waiting they offer you something to drink. I think it's an excellent establishment.

Not a relaxing environment. Employees were hassled, not smiling, did not want to provide friendly customer service. Manicurist left mid appointment to take a phone call with no apology. Overpriced. Interior looks like a nursing home visitation room. Would not recommend.
